Support when you
need it.

Personalised care and support that builds confidence, encourages independence and helps people live life on their terms.

Who We Are

FDR Social Care is an independent care provider delivering personalised care, supported living and specialist support designed around the people we serve.

We believe the right support should fit into your life, not ask you to fit into a system. We take time to understand what matters to each person; their routines, choices, goals and the life they want to lead. From there, we create thoughtful, dependable support that adapts as needs change while protecting dignity, encouraging independence and helping people make the most of everyday life.

Our Promise

To provide the right support while protecting what matters most; your dignity, your independence and your way of life.

Our Services

Supported Living and Residential Care

Our supported living services combine suitable accommodation with personalised support, giving people a safe place to call home while building the skills and confidence to live more independently.

Complex Care

Living with complex health needs can change everyday life, but it shouldn’t define it. We provide specialist, personalised support for people with complex and long-term conditions, combining skilled care with a deep understanding of how each person wants to live.

Children and Young People

Every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, grow in confidence and discover what they’re capable of.
We provide personalised support for children and young people, helping them build everyday life skills, engage in education and training, explore employment and stay connected to the people and communities that matter to them.

Domiciliary Care

When certain parts of your routine become more difficult, the right support can help you stay safe, comfortable and independent in the home you know. Our carers visit you at home at agreed times, offering practical, personalised support that helps make everyday life easier while allowing you to remain in familiar surroundings.

Live In Care

Home is where your routines live. Your memories. Your comforts. The little things that make every day feel familiar.
Our live-in care provides dedicated support in the place you know best, shaped around your needs, preferences and way of life.

Palliative & End-Of-Life Care

When living with a life-limiting condition, care should be about more than managing symptoms. Our compassionate palliative and end-of-life care brings comfort, dignity and reassurance at home, while honouring personal wishes and keeping the people who matter most close.

NHS-Funded Home Care

Getting the right care at home shouldn’t feel overwhelming. For those eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare, we work closely with NHS teams and other care professionals to help provide personalised support at home; from short-term assistance to comprehensive, 24-hour care.

Companion Care

Sometimes, what’s needed most isn’t more care,  it’s connection. Our companion care brings warmth, conversation and meaningful connection to everyday life, whether sharing a meal, enjoying a favourite hobby, getting out into the community or simply spending time together.
