Complex Care
Living with complex health needs can change everyday life, but it shouldn’t define it. We provide 24-hour, seven-day-a-week specialist support for people who require medium to long-term care due to disability, chronic illness, hospitalisation or ongoing medical treatment.
Complex care often involves a higher level of clinical support than general care. Depending on the individual’s needs, we work alongside clinicians, nurses and other specialists involved in their treatment to help provide coordinated and appropriate support at home. This may include nursing-related needs such as PEG feeding following a stroke or other medical complications.
We support people living with a range of complex and neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, motor neuron disease and multiple sclerosis.
Whatever the level of support required, our focus remains on the person behind the condition — helping them manage their health needs while maintaining independence, comfort and quality of life.
