Supported Living & Residential Care
Having the right place to call home can make a real difference to how independently and confidently someone lives. Our supported living services combine suitable accommodation with personalised support, creating a safe and supportive environment where people can develop skills, make their own choices and take greater control of everyday life.
We support people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, sensory impairments, mental health needs and associated complex needs. Because every person is different, support is shaped around their individual needs, routines, preferences, goals and aspirations — with choice and independence encouraged wherever possible.
Good support also comes from listening. We work closely with the people we support, their families and the healthcare professionals around them to develop care and support plans that reflect each person’s individuality and evolve as their needs and ambitions change.
Beyond the home, we encourage people to build meaningful connections and take an active part in the communities around them. By working with local communities and groups, we help create opportunities for social connection, participation and everyday experiences — supporting each person to feel included, empowered and at home in their community.
